How quickly is a 3D tour delivered?
Standard delivery is 24 hours from capture. Same-day rush delivery is available for time-sensitive listings and high-priority assisted-living tours.
What does a 3D scan cost?
Pricing is per square foot: $0.15/sqft up to 5,000 sqft, $0.12/sqft from 5,001 to 10,000 sqft, and $0.10/sqft above 10,001 sqft. A $500 minimum applies to smaller projects.
What is included with every tour?
Every scan includes the 3D tour, drone aerial stills, HDR interior photography, and schematic floor plans, captured and delivered by a single team.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within Michigan is included. Out-of-state projects include travel in the per-square-foot rate, disclosed upfront before booking.
